Generally this has been a great program. However the coronavirus pandemic has thrown schedules in disarray. I requested a refund of the family pass I purchased, even sent a screenshot of the confirmation of the purchase with the transaction number, and yet their representative still claims not to be able to find it. Combing the internet but still I have been unable to locate an accurate phone number.

Only by email. You'll get an email telling you to send to another person/email. Then that person will say they can't find the transaction. Send picture of the transaction and receive no other email from them. That is my experience.
